If you're not madly in love with your rug, we will pay for a courier to collect it & provide you with a full refund.
Buying a rug is always a big decision, even more so if you haven't seen it or touched it! We have worked hard to make sure our descriptions explain the rugs in detail & our pictures show them from every angle but photos can't compare to seeing the rug with your furniture, in your home.
For this reason, at Rugs Online we offer free returns with a full refund of the purchase price of the rug no matter what the reason*. If the rug doesn't look like you thought it would, doesn't suit your home, if it is the wrong size or if you just change your mind, just get in touch with us and we'll arrange a courier to come to you to collect the rug free of charge and provide a full refund of the purchase price of the rug once it is received safe & sound in our warehouse. On the rare occasion that a rug arrives in less than perfect condition, we will of course offer to exchange or refund, depending on your desire.

** Important! Our Try it At Home service is designed for customers in Australia to try one rug at a time. It is not intended for customers to purchase more than one rug with plans to select one and return the others. Have you found several you can't decide between? Pick the one you love most and start with that! Or have one of our friendly stylists help you choose. Don't worry, if it's not perfect you can return and choose another.
**We reserve the right to not process your order if you attempt to cancel/return an order and purchase again with a discount code at a different time.
*So long as the rug is returned to us in its original condition and within 120 days. Made to order rugs, or custom sizes are not eligible for change of mind returns.
